Guangzhou Jingzhiyi Matel & Plastic Mold Co., Ltd, established in 1998 with subordinate departments of mold manufacturing department, injection department and zinc aluminum alloy department, is an integrated manufacturer specializing in mold design and manufacturing, zinc aluminum alloy die-casting and plastic injection mold.

Our company is situated in Yonghe District, Xintang Town, Zengcheng, Guangzhou City, to the west is Guangzhou, to the east are Dongguan and Shenzhen, to the north is Huizhou which renders our company convenient trafficour company borders on the Guangyuan Express Highway,Guangshen Expressway and Guanghui Expressway which is only 5 to 10 minutes' drive away. Our company, covering an area of more than 7000 square meters, is a garden-style plant with more than 200 workers among whom management staff accounts for 10%, engineering technicians and quality controllers account for about 20% and all of them own associate degree or quivalent.
Over the past years, our company has devoted ourselves to the research and development of new products and attached great importance to staff professional training, in this way, our company has been developing continuously. Moreover, our company has become one of the main suppliers in the fields of mold design and manufacturing, plastic mounding and zinc aluminum alloy die-casting in which we have achieved great success. In order to improve corporate quality management and promote our company to be geared to international standards, our company passed the authentication of ISO9001：2000 quality authentication system in March 2007. (Part of our products has won the authentication of UL).
Besides, in order to adapt to the market development and provide better service to our customers, our company updates our equipment continuously and has imported high-precision equipment such as CNC, EDM processing and 2.5 dimensions high precision measuring equipment to ensure the quality of new products more effectively with the most advanced CAD/CAM soft ware which makes the software and hardware integrated in a coordinated way and try our best to meet the demand of our customers.
With exquisite technology and high-quality production and excellent group management, our company ensures the operations of mold (plastic/zinc aluminum alloy mold), injection mold, zinc aluminum alloy die-casting and treatment and process after production and the supply according to customers' demand in time with high quality when we receive the order of OEM/ODM from our customers. The raw materials and surface treatment of all our products have reached the environmental requirements of EU ROHS.
